Get to Know Dr. Saakov, DMD

Dr. Saakov was born in Kansas and raised in Maryland. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia before completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Following his residency, he returned home to Maryland, where he is proud to care for the community that shaped him.

Dr. Saakov is committed to providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. His philosophy is simple: treat every patient like a member of your own family. By taking the time to listen, educate, and understand each patient's unique needs, he strives to help every individual achieve a healthy, confident smile while ensuring they feel respected and at ease throughout their visit.

When he's not in the office, Dr. Saakov enjoys spending time reading, playing tabletop games with friends, running during the warmer months, and exploring new cuisines. He believes that building genuine relationships with patients is just as important as delivering excellent clinical care and looks forward to welcoming you to the practice.
